Description Mast loading device PR can cooperate with each meat processing machine where loading from the carriage of type U200 is demanded, ex. grinder PK, mixer PW, tumbler MA, stuffer. It is possible to regulate the high of the loading device in a range of: 1400 – 2000 mm. If the device works as integral  part of other machine, there is no need to brace it. In its standard version the device must be braced to the floor. Loading device  PR 300 is made of acid resistant steel, what provides its durability and easy cleaning   Construction The loading device and its footing are in form of a column. There is a slide valve inside of the column. The slide valve is equipped with special catches for U-200 carriages. The slide valves go along the internal surfaces of the mast. Trapezium lead-screw with bronze sleeve is used for rising and lowering of the carriage. There are 2 buttons on the device, one for rising, one for lowering of the carriage. The buttons are situated on the steering panel. The drive switches off with end – switch when the carriage is in its highest or lowest position. All External surfaces of the loading device are made of acid resistant steel.
