Application
The PP-6 is a table vacuum packing machine with a single chamber designed for packing food products and technical components. It has many applications in various branches such as fish processing, meat industry, poultry, dairy, fruit and vegetables processing. It has also proved effective in packing electronic components. This machine is mostly used in plants where packing in long plastic bags is almost a necessity. The whole unit is made from high quality stainless steel.
Controling
Control of the packing machine is performed automatically thanks to installed microprocessor control system integrated with vacuum gauge. Its operation is very simple and is reduced to placing the products to be packed in the chamber and closing the lid.
The packing machine can be fitted with a gas-flash system and cut-off function.
Construction
Whole machine and its chamber are made of stainless steel. Translucent cover of the chamber allows to observe packing process. Machine works automatically thanks to the microprocessor system. The machine is easy to use. The product wrapped in the plastic bag must be placed in the chamber and the cover must be closed.
Packing machine can be equipped with a special gas dosage system and foil-overflow cutting system.
