Application
The PP-30 machine with two operating stands has been designed for packing food products and technical components. It is suitable for meat industry, poultry, dairy and fish processing, it has also proved effective in packing electronic components.
Construction
The whole unit is made from high quality stainless steel.
The vacuum packaging machine requires the connection of compressed air at the pressure of 6 bars in the area where the machine is to be working.
Control of the packaging machine is performed automatically thanks to installed microprocessor control system integrated with a vacuum gauge. In order to provide good service the vacuum pump has been fitted with this own caster allowing the easiness of pulling the pump out of the machine.
Controling
Its operation is very simple and is reduced to placing the products to be packed in the chamber and pressing the button, which activates the function of closing the lid. The packing machine can be ftted with a gas-flash system and cut-off function. The lid moves automatically from one side to another after the button has been pushed.
