Application
Cutters are designed to prepare stuffing which is distinguished by a large extent of size reduction and a good capacity of binding the meat bulk. Below we show a short presentation of KILIA 4000 Express.
Kila 4000 Express 125-700
This types of cutter work with a high speed. Rotation of the knife reaches 156m/s. The round lid shape forms a circle, allowing a 360 – degree cutting range. Thanks to this the cutting time is much shorter. Different capacities of a bowl ( 125 l. - 700 l.) enable to addapt the product to company's needs. KILIA 4000 Expres Cutters 125-700 are in versions:
- standard
- standard+fluent regulation of the rotations
- standard+fluent regulation of the rotations +vacuum
- standard+fluent regulation of the rotations +vacuum+cooking

Construction
Massive stainless steel body in the unique KILIA round construction, which enhances the machine stability and reduces ist noise emission. The KILIA specific, especially deep bowl form allows perfect product flow and turbulence-free cutting also for difficult products. The knife lid encloses the whole cutting area.The special lid construction provides effective temperature isolation and at the same time reduces the noise emission level.
